Important notice
To the Entrance Ceremony scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) will allow new students to accompany their parents, guardians or relatives (One student can accompany only one guest).
* Please note that students’ parents, guardians or relatives will be guided to be seated on the second or third floor of the hall.
? On the day of the ceremony, the ceremony will be also online live streamed. However, the viewers will be restricted to those in relation to TUAT only. If you would like to watch the live stream, the link is as follows.

Part one (for students entering Faculty of Engineering or Graduate School of Engineering)
Doors open at 9:30
Ceremony begins at 11:00
Ceremony ends at 11:50
Part two (for students entering Faculty of Agriculture, Graduate School of Agriculture, or Graduate School of Bio-Applications and Systems Engineering)
Doors open at 13:30
Ceremony begins at 14:30
Ceremony ends at 15:20
* We will practice singing the university song together prior to the ceremony. For new students attending the ceremony, please enter the hall and be seated at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins.

* We ask for your understanding that the number of seats in the hall is limited. Therefore, some of the parents, guardians and relatives may have to stand for the length of the ceremony.

* As there is a limited number of paid parking spaces available and a large number of attendees are expected, we ask for your cooperation in using public transportation.
